Template Designs: For trays using our pre-made templates, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before the item ships. Once shipped, orders are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If your tray arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace the damaged items at no cost.
