Custom Artwork Orders
If you submit your own artwork, once the digital proof is approved, your order is final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after proof approval.

Template Designs
For items created with our pre-made templates, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before the item ships. Once shipped, the item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
